Energy clearing and energy healing are closely related but distinct practices within the realm of energy work.
Energy Clearing focuses on removing negative, stagnant, or blocked energy from a person, space, or object. Helps to release congested emotional, mental, or energetic stress and detrimental influences that may be causing interference, discomfort or imbalance. Often used for spiritual protection, cleansing/clearing, and resetting energetic fields.
Common methods include: pendulum clearing, creative visualization and prayer power, spiritual healing, smudging (sage, palo santo), sound healing (bells, tuning forks), salt baths, cord-cutting, and breath work.
Energy Healing focuses on restoring balance, replenishing, and harmonizing the body’s energy systems. Can involve channeling or directing healing energy to promote well-being, self-healing, and emotional/physical relief. Energy healing works within the chakras, meridians, and aura to support deep transformation.
Common methods include: Spiritual healing, Reiki, pranic healing, quantum healing, crystal therapy, acupuncture, acupressure, and hands-on or distance healing.
